The Spilka H-Hinge

The heart of the H-Window is the H-Hinge. Cycle tested to 30,000 operations without failure, it carries the weight at the center balance point which allows the window to fully reverse 180 degrees for cleaning, glass replacement, and maintenance from the interior.

Pushbar Operating Hardware

With easy one-motion operation, the pushbar operating hardware meets the American Disabilities Act requiring a 5 pound operating force. It also has multiple ventilating positions, incorporating a full width locking rod for tight sealing and allows the window to have the industry’s highest security rating (Level 40) against forced entry.

Insulated Glass

H Windows glass is factory sealed with only two surfaces to wash. High Performance Low-E glass adds thermal performance and reduces ultra violet rays. Available in 1″ insulating glass or Triple Pane 1 3/8″ insulated glass both CBA rated.
